You are welcome to reprint the articles located in the Articles section of this website that are authored by Donna Moyer free of charge as long as you agree to the Terms of Service listed below.

Articles may be reprinted if:

8. You agree to not publish any articles on sites that contain hate, racist, warez, porn, or any other illegal material.
9. You agree to never sell any article obtained from www.UptimeNMI.com. This includes selling articles individually or in a compilation. You further agree not to charge any fee for accessing or viewing these articles.

11. You acknowledge that the copyright of the articles belongs to Uptime NetManagement, Inc.
12. You agree to not use any content from Uptime NetManagement, Inc. in audio or video derivatives.
    
13. You agree to not include the rel=nofollow tag in your HREF statements.
    
14. You agree to never use article crawlers, rogue bots, site scrapers, or any automated script/software or method that attempts to mine content from www.UptimeNMI.com.
15. You agree to notify Uptime NetManagement, Inc. of your intention to reprint/publish any article. Please include your name, the title(s) of the article(s) you are intending to reprint, and the URL where the article(s) will be reprinted. This notification is a courtesy only; you are free to immediately reprint the articles as long as you agree to these Terms of Service.
    
16. You acknowledge that www.UptimeNMI.com has the sole right to revoke these reprint rights at any given time for any reason provided you're given 48 hours written notice via email or via fax or via telephone or via postal mail.

If you violate any of the above terms of service and/or any author copyright when reprinting articles from our site, you agree to be held liable for all attorney fees and statutory damages awarded upon a copyright infringement lawsuit that may be brought against you.
